| My family, (all 7 of us), stayed at this Orlando Villa in Feb 2009. The pictures on the webpages do not do the home justice. It was very clean and comfortable. It is centrally located and all major attractions are within 20-25 minutes of the home. Only a 6-7 km drive to stores, restaurants, shopping etc. A very nice home which my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. We absolutely recommend this property and will again attempt to rebook if we get the opportunity to head south again. | Feb 2009 |
| Absolutely Beautiful home - from the moment we got there our daughter loved it. Very child friendly even a special gift for our daughter left by the owner. Very quiet neighborhood. | Nice place to stay if your family focus is to visit the theme parks. This villa is within minutes drive to most of them. Two Walmarts close by made it easier to get supplies. Very quiet subdivision backing onto a small lake. The extras included were also nice to have: free calls all over North America, Wi-Fi internet, gas BBQ. | What a perfect spot to stay. Having breakfast by the pool, watching the kids play in the pool and the birds land on the lake...how fantastic. Very clean and well laid out home. We used this as a central point to head to the east coast beaches (1 hour) the west coast beaches (under 2 hours) and the theme parks. Close enough to Disney that we were able to leave the park at 3 pm...come home for a swim and cold drink(!) and then head back for the evening fun and fireworks. | Everything was wonderful! I always worry when we rent a house, not knowing if everything is going to be as it appears in the pictures. Well this house was perfect. The owners thought of everything. As a matter of fact it was the most comfortable house we've rented. However, the best part of renting this house was the excellent experience of dealing with the owner. He was professional, informative and a pleasure to deal with. My family will definitely rent this house again knowing that the house is perfect and the owner is sincere. | April 2009 |

| I recently rented this villa at the end of June 2009. It was wonderful! It looks even better than the pictures, My family had a great vacation. I was very sad to leave. There was plenty of room. We took a trip to Clearwater beach one day and everything we needed was in the garage. There were beach chairs, 2 big umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels. We also went to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Magic Kingdom. It was great to come to a place that feels like home at the end of a long day. | A wonderful Vacation!! The villa was in an excellent and quiet location close to Disney attractions (15 min), with good local restaurants, shops, mini golf, and nice Flea market which made it even more of a pleasure (all in about 2 miles). Also the great and private pool overlooking a beautiful lake was very nice, peaceful and relaxing. Overall a very clean villa with everything you need and more. | The listing for this villa is wholly accurate but does not describe the added bonus of the local wildlife that live in and around the Lake. You do need a car. The Eagle Point area is very quiet and an excellant place to relax, away from the theme parks. The local WalMart (~2miles) will meet all of your grocery shopping needs and more. Dealing with the owner, and property manager, has been a pleasure; they are both responsive and only too happy to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends, family or anyone else; it is a very good base for all of the amenities in, and around, Kissimmee. | Oct 2009 |
| It was perfect! First time I can remember that a tv was only turned on 2 or 3 tiimes with 7 of us staying there the whole time.Sitting out looking at the birds and lake was so relaxing none of us wanted to leave.Plenty of room inside even though we were only inside to cook breakfast and even took that outside to eat.Wewere only inside to sleep.Very quiet area.Have rented villas for the last 5 years in FL.and this one will not let you down.We will definetly be back next year!Remember to have some bread to feed the wildlife.You will enjoy it more than the kids! | House, not a condo or semi-detach. Quiet area. Ten to 15 minute drive from everything! Heated with built-in lighting swimming pool (kids had a blast playing at night). Close to Walmart SuperStore and that made it easier to be able to pack lunches and have meals at home to help keep restaurant cost low. Overall, our experience was great. The house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room to host 2 families. Nice, relaxing view at the back. Competitive pricing. | What a great place to stay - accommodations were wonderful and the villa was spacious - very close to the action and yet the villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful setting away from all the noise. We especially enjoyed the view of the pond and all the wildlife that inhabited or came to visit the area! Would recommend this villa highly and found the management company very helpful when we needed assistance - found that being able to make phone calls within the United States and Canada free was wonderful and also being able to access the internet with wireless capability was an important feature! | March 2010 |

| My husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren just returned from two weeks in Florida and loved our stay at 'our' villa. The listing and pictures were very accurate and reflective of the villa and its amenities. The property was very clean and comfortable and provided an oasis in the midst of a busy area. The pool overlooking the lake was a big hit with everyone. The small alligators in the lake and the ducks were a great attraction as well. We were very pleased with the service related to the booking as well as the on site responsiveness of the management staff. We called about a few minor things but each was dealt with quickly and pleasantly. We would certainly recommend this villa to friends or relatives. It was especially well set up for a family like ours with three bedrooms - one with a King bed, one with a Queen and one with twin beds. Of course, having Disney very close was a big attraction but everything you could need or want is close by. | May 2010 |
| We recently spent a week in Orlando with two families. The house was very well laid out, and everyone had plenty of space to live and sleep. The layout was very condusive to 2 seperate families, with great shared living areas. House was immaculate when we arrived...A true showcase model home. This house is incredible for young children (we had 4 ranging from 4 - 8), with lots to do (swimming in the georgous pool, looking at ducks and crocs, air hockey and table soccer in the garage, playstation, several TV's, etc...). The kids could not wait to get back to the house and play after a long day at the parks, and the adults could not wait to sit in the pool with a glass of wine once the kids were in bed :-) The location was perfect. Very easy to get to all Orlando theme parks, many restaurants very close, and two Super Wal-Marts within 5 - 10 minutes. I will (and have) recommend this house to anyone I know. | Wij hebben in juli 2010 een geweldig verblijf gehad van 15 dagen in het huis van Neil. De villa is gelegen in een rustige wijk/park en is goed centraal gelegen om alle parken te bezoeken. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, van tv in alle kamers tot een oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, Playstatio, zwembad (wordt 1 x per week ook schoongemaakt) etc...Er was 1 klein minpuntje en dat is dat de gas barbeque welke aanwezig was door de vorige eigenaar helaas nogal vies was achtergelaten. | We have been to Florida many times before and are very choosy in picking our villa . This one has all our family requirements. South facing gets the sun all day. Covered lanai for the relaxing evenings. Heated pool for the kids. Lake view with added attractions/local wildlife. Quiet location with easy access to 192/535/I4. | We really enjoyed our stay in the house we were there for the month of Feb. 2011. The house was great, very clean and you cannot get a better location when in Kissimee. You are close to Disney, close to the US 192 which has great restaurants, shopping etc. The house is exactly like the pictures, it felt like home it has everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. | My daughter and I had a great time during our 4th visit to this fabulous pool home that overlooks a small lake. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still close to all the main Orlando theme parks, shopping, and airport. There is also a Target and two Walmarts nearby to get food and supplies. The house is well maintained, roomy, and very clean and neat. The beds and other furnishings are very comfortable. Also, the interior decorating is very nice with a soothing palm tree/Florida theme throughout most of the house, and a cute Disney theme in the kids room. The appliances and A/C all work well. There are plenty of TVs in the house, and there is even a great game room and a video game system (neither of which we had time to use unfortunately)! The good sized pool inside the screened back patio is wonderful with warm water and a great view of the small lake and its wildlife (small alligators, herons/egrets, turtles, ducks, etc.). It has both a shallow and deep end with a little underwater 'shelf' to sit on. There are also lots of pool toys available to have fun with. We enjoyed many hours just lounging in the pool both day and night (the pool is lighted!) throughout our vacation. It was great to be able to use the phone for unlimited calls within the U.S. and Canada for free so that we could check our messages back home, etc. The owner is very nice and promptly answers all email inquiries and really cares about and maintains/upgrades his home. When we had any small problems/questions the excellent property manager was extremely nice, friendly, prompt, and responsive at anytime day or night! It is so much better (and less expensive) to stay at such a nice quiet home (with separate bedrooms and our own pool) instead of the usual tiny 2 beds in one room Disney hotel rooms with a pool filled wth tons of people! We would definitely recommend this house to any of our friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house, and we hope to come back again someday! | May 2011 |
