Check-in is 4:00 p.m Check-out is 11:00 a.m
A 13% Florida Hotel tax to be added
Less than 7 night rental and additional $75 to be paid for cleaning fees
No smoking allowed in villa
No pets allowed
A non-refundable deposit of $250 per week is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the reservation date. The owner reserves the right to cancel if the remaining balance of the booking remains unpaid 6 weeks prior to the reservation date
All bookings made less than 8 weeks before the reservation date are payable in full
$250 security deposit required prior to check-in date. Will be refunded within 30 days after checking-out as long as no damage is made to the villa
Cancellation charges are based on the following: 4-8 Weeks 50%, Within 4 weeks 100%
The owner accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of the booking caused by events beyond the Owners' control including (but without prejudice to the generality of the forgoing) war, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood or industrial dispute
